UHT or ‘Ultra High-Temperature processing’, it is a way of sterilising liquid food, like coconut milk. The liquid is heated for 2-5 seconds at 135°– hot enough to kill bacteria. The product is aseptically packed, you can keep our organic coconut milk/cream in ambient temperature when storing.
